Signal open: usevimli.dev is live
A home for three things: my CV, a weekly journal from my home lab, and a morning digest of technology news — written by automation, labelled as such.
For years my work lived in private repositories and team chats. This site is where it gets a public face — three parts, each with a job.
- CV. Generated from a single data file, so the site and the printable version never disagree. Print it and you get a clean PDF.
- Lab Journal. What changed in my home lab each week, written from the real changes — the wins, the outages and what I learned from both.
- News. Developments from DevOps, AI, security and the self-hosted world. Every morning an n8n workflow at home reads the sources and asks a GLM model for a digest. Those posts carry an “AI summary” label and link every source, so you can always check the original.
Under the hood the site is static: built with Astro and served by Cloudflare Pages. Nothing at home is exposed to the internet — the automation only writes Markdown to this site’s repository.
